Because we provide professional services (Company Registration, Graphic Design, and CV Writing), rather than physical products, our refund policy works differently from a typical retail store.
Company Registration:
Once we've submitted your registration to CIPC or begun compliance work, this cannot be refunded, as processing fees and time are already incurred. If we haven't yet started your registration, you may cancel for a full refund.
Graphic design
A non-refundable deposit may be required to begin work. If you're unhappy with the initial concepts, we offer revisions as outlined in your package. Once final files have been delivered and approved, no refund will be given.
CV and career services
If you're not satisfied with your CV draft, we offer revisions within your package. Once your final CV has been delivered, refunds are not available, but we're happy to make reasonable adjustments.
